Jack Fisher

Jack always knew he wanted to cook food for a living. When he met his wife Jill, she sparked his interest for not only her, but to the vast world of seafood cooking. With his formal schooling at Culinary Institute of New Mexico, he was quick to combine his cooking skill into making one-of-a-kind marine cuisines. Ask for his chef's specialty and you won't regret it!

What started as a family bonding turned into a career for Jill. As a child, Jill would spend summers with her family in Maine. There, she learned the ropes of seafood cooking! Jill also spent three years of training in Italy with culinary masters. Diversity is one thing her food doesn't lack! Her specialty is cooking in various styles with include Italian, Greek, & Cajun.

FISH

Baked Dijon Salmon

Honey marinated salmon brushed with Dijon mustard with a breaded crust that is baked to perfection!

Garlic Pan-Seared Cod

This wild caught cod is pan-seared in butter then served with a topping of lemon zest and garlic dressing.

Ginger Glazed Mahi Mahi

This dish is bursting with flavor! The combination of the juicy ginger & lime zest is sensational!

SHELLFISH

Clams Oreganata

Savory clams topped with olive oil, oregano, and italian bread crumbs. Jack's absolute favorite dish!

Lobster Newburg

Full boiled lobster glazed over with a buttered cognac cream. Topped with delightfully mild Cayenne pepper.

Corn Crab Soup

Southern-style! This appetizing soup is slow cooked with egg whites, Alaskan crab meat, and piquant spices.

EXOTIC

Kabayaki

This eel is first broil then slightly grilled before adding the finshing touch with our soy-based sauce!

Maldivian Octopus

This delicacy is fried octopus tentacles braised in a curry sauce. Topped with garlic, clove, onion, and pepper.

Sambal Stingray

Our slow cooked barbeque stingray is topped with a sambal paste made from Indian walnuts, shallots, and other mouth-watering spices!
