Jack always knew he wanted to cook food for a living. When he met his wife Jill, she sparked his interest for not only her, but to the vast world of seafood cooking. With his formal schooling at Culinary Institute of New Mexico, he was quick to combine his cooking skill into making one-of-a-kind marine cuisines. Ask for his chef's specialty and you won't regret it!
What started as a family bonding turned into a career for Jill. As a child, Jill would spend summers with her family in Maine. There, she learned the ropes of seafood cooking! Jill also spent three years of training in Italy with culinary masters. Diversity is one thing her food doesn't lack! Her specialty is cooking in various styles with include Italian, Greek, & Cajun.
